Jenny is a native of Northern California and received her bachelor’s degree from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego. After graduating from university, she lived and worked in Frankfurt, Germany before returning to California to work in the San Francisco financial district. She has over 35 years of experience working in Finance and Strategy – from long-established General Electric to Silicon Valley start-ups – resulting in their rapid growth and constant innovation. While at GE Financial Assurance, Jenny earned a “Black Belt” in Six Sigma business management strategy. This broad base of experience has given her the ability to bring best practices from many different industries to every project we work on. In addition to the business experience, Jenny is actively involved in the development of new products in our R & D greenhouses.
She has served on boards for various public and charitable organizations and is the past Chair of Cal Poly Humboldt Foundation (a California State University). Jenny also fulfills the role of Director on the Board of Directors for Redwood Capital Bank.

Joe is a 4th generation farmer & a master hydroponic farmer with over 50,000 hours of actual greenhouse production time. A year round grower for 35+ years and a consultant to the hydroponics industry for over 30 years, his specialties include system design, high-end crop production, biological pest control, system troubleshooting, greenhouse business management, specialty produce marketing, and food safety protocols.
He has consulted for companies, growers, and investors across the globe. Joe is a sought after speaker, consultant and expert on hydroponics.
